Submit support requests with a Support Ticket
We basically distinguish two ways how you can create a Support-Ticket. The range of functions depends on whether you are registered and logged in or not.
Create Support Ticket
As a registered and logged in user, you have several options to create a support tikcket.
Option1
In the Support Tickets section you will find an overview of all Support Tickets. With a click on the button [Create New Ticket], the form opens. Fill in the missing information in the fields and submit it to us by clicking the [Submit] button. A customer service representative will contact you. You can check the status of the Suport Ticket on this page at any time.
Option 2
Another way to create a support ticket can be found in the Machine Overview section. Search here directly for the machine or the equipment that is affected by the malfunction and then select [Create Support Ticket] via the action button. The details of the affected machine are immediately transferred to the form. You only need to fill in the problem description.
Anonymous Support Tickets
If you are not registered and logged in, you still have the possibility to create a support ticket quickly.
To do so, go to the Free-Access >> Support Tickets section, fill out the form and submit the information with [Submit]. A customer service representative will contact you.
Since we cannot accurately identify you as a non-registered user, you must enter more information than registered users. According to our experience, such support requests take a little longer, because we need additional time for identification. In addition, as a non-registered user, you will not be able to track the status of the Support Ticket. If you register at a later time anyway. You will also find the previously created Support Tickets in your history.
