Request a login for mySoudronic portal

There are actually two different ways to get a login for mySoudronic.com.

You can request a login directly on the mySoudronic request login page, or you can ask someone in your company who already has a mySoudronic login to start the login request process.

The main difference between the different options is the time that passes. If you request the login for yourself from the home page, we first need to verify that you are eligible to register. However, if someone who is already registered takes over the process and we already have your full contact details, the process is much faster since you are already a verified contact.

Request a login from the mySoudronic Start-Page

Click on the Request-Login button and fill out the form with your complete contact information.

Make sure that the e-mail address you enter is correct. We will send you the invitation link to this address. Please use your company email address.

Request a login for a working colleague

• Login into your mySoudronic account by clicking on Login on www.mysoudronic.com
• Click on your name in the top right
• Click on "Contacts" to enter the contacts overview page
• Search for the contact you want to create an account for
  • If the contact exists already: Click on the arrow that faces downwards and then click on "Request Login"
    
    
     
  • If the contact does not exist: Click on any contact and click on "Create a new Contact"
    
    
     
• Start the Login-Request by filling in all necessary information and clicking the "Submit"-button on the bottom left
• We will send the invitation link as soon as possible to the invited contact
• As soon as the contact has logged in for the first time, a "Login"-icon will be shown in the column on the contact overview page.
