Set the switching pressure SP with two teach pressures TP1/TP2 on MS6-SV-1/2-C
Situation:
The defective pressure switch needs to be replaced on the maintenance unit.
Procedure:
After replacing the unit, the set points need to be set. The set points are machine specific and found in the manual.
- Switch on the operating voltage.
- Apply teach pressure TP1 (high pressure) to MS6-SV-1/2-C.
- Press and hold the Edit button for at least 2 seconds.
LED flashes.
- Release the Edit button.
Teach pressure TP1 is stored.
- Apply teach pressure TP2 (lower pressure) to MS6-SV-1/2-C.
- Press the Edit button until the LED stops flashing.
- Release the Edit button.
Teach point TP2 is stored.
- Ensure power supply for at least 10 seconds.
- Test in test run whether MS6-SV-1/2-C switches as desired. The LED lights when the switching signal is output.
