Analysis of the roller heads in case of an “LT stop” error message from UNISOUD
Description:
In the event of an "LT stop" error triggered by the UNISOUD regulator control, the following
connection can be tested to determine whether the failure lies in the transformer or in the roller heads.
Connection:
A copper braid should be used for the connection.
For example, Soudronic article No. 51 105080010, size 25 x 2.2 mm
Test duration:
Let the machine run for maximum 10 seconds (with roller heads closed, current and wire drive ON).
