The startup program Calsetup tries to connect (communicate) with node 95 (Spray) and register the machine (inside coating) which does not answer.
Issue:
CGccApp: Initlnstance |
CCalsetup:: process Normal Nodes 0: |
During the startup, the program Calsetup tries to connect (communicate) with the node 95 (Spray) and register the machine (inside coating) which does not answer.
Unicontrol has a limitation: it can only register one machine per node.
The following machines on a can line can be registered at the following nodes:
Machines | Registered on node |
Welder | Node 8 (Water) |
Monitor | Node 14 (Qa) |
Inside coating | Node 15 (Lacquer) if there is no outside coating Node 16 (Powder) if there is powder Node 80 (Oven) if there is an outside coating, oven and only LNS or LAS Node 95 (Spray) if there is an outside coating but no powder or oven |
Outside coating | Node 15 (Lacquer) |
Oven | Node 40 (Zone) |
There is only one combination with which this limitation will affect the user:
If the line has an inside spray and an outside coating, but no powder or oven system is connected.
In this case, an additional node 95 (Spray) must be added to the system.
Remedy
- Check the selected options
- should the oven or the powder coating be selected too?
- is the node 95 properly installed? (if the line has inside and outside coating without having a powder coating or an oven)
